Shipping and Storage Instructions

• NYC's Mac and Cheese is shipped with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit

• Upon arrival, place the bags in the fridge or freezer

• Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
